Haven't posted in a while, but saw this thread and thought I'd throw my two cents in. The artist is Eric Stanton and the images come from Stantoons 30, a set called Altered Amazons. The images come with text, so I will repost what I have with the attached text. The women in this set and other related sets are referred to as Princks.

Here are panels 5-8.

Here are panels 9-12.

And here are the last 4 panels of this set. Stanton has done a number of other stories with the Princks and a story or two with feminization. If enough people show an interest, I might be persuaded to post more of these stories.
