This is actually a great idea to make hentai cards (I honestly wouldn't have thought of it). With all the different types of card games out there, you can make all kinds of them. To prove my point I made a quick one of a Yu Gi Oh card.

I don't know much about Magic the Gathering, but your cards seem great.
