The obvious answer is Jessica Rabbit, as that was the whole point of the character. Lara Croft comes to mind also. But for my weird tastes, there are a lot of Star Wars alien species drawn real sexy IMO; mostly twi'leks.

Saw one cartoon where Hoshii from Star Trek Enterprise was dicking T'Pol. That was pretty hot. Wonder Woman, She Hulk, Supergirl and Mirage as transsexuals were all hot. Oh yeah, ket's not forget Kim Possible or the Totally Spies girls.

She is from Cool World. Not a cartoon, but an amalgam of live action and animation. A classic by the master Ralph Bakshi. I love his work so much. I almost voted for Elinore from his film Wizards instead of Holli Wood.
