In keeping with many long years of Yank tradition, I will pronounce it wrong.
That brings up another question: Who’s the target audience?
English is a 2nd language for many around here as well as the vast sea of (she-male) art enthusiasts we’d like to attract.
Even if we snub the non-English there’s the idiosyncrasies Brit/English vs. Yank/English vs. Aussy/English vs. Bally/English vs. Kewi/English, not to mention Canook/English …Eh? (I won’t even get into sore subject of the proper temperature for beer)
For instance, johelherrera (I’m guessing a Yank) said: If to Animephilia you´re login at sheanimale you´re going!
I (another Yank) got it.
Asphyxia (a Brit) didn’t.
If I said, “Get debriefed,” a Yank would know it was a double entendre meaning either an information exchange after a military mission or someone taking your underpants. This might be worked into a very funny slogan, but would Brits, Aussies, Kewis, Canooks or our technical advisers in India get it?
