This is an interesting idea for a topic, and I'm glad to trow in my thoughts.

Personally, the femininity is the most critical part. I am attracted to women, not men dressed as women. It doesn't matter how much makeup you put on a man, it's still a man. But I have to disagree with Vegetunks on one thing- I don't think Ladyboys are on average any more feminine than an american or brazilian transsexual, just more petite. My personal favorite as an example of feminine TS is Vaniity or Barbie. Vaniity has quite a following (as well as her own MySpace page). Barbie, OTOH, is a common name for a TS (who would have guesssed they'd all name themselves after the perfect artificial girl) so I probably can't pin down which one without posting a pic or video. regarding package size, I think there is a big difference between anime and humans.
