Over 95% of “cum” comes from the prostate and a small spaghetti-like thing attached to the prostate.
5%, or less comes from your balls. “Ball juice” may have the sperm, but you wouldn’t have much of a “money shot” without “prostate juice.”
To say “prostate juice” isn’t cum is like saying your bathtub isn’t full of water because your rubber duck isn’t floating in it.
On the other hand, does a “finger wave” (causing seminal fluid to come out by massaging the prostate) count as an ejaculation?
Fem-dom & CBT sometimes include involuntary “milking” of men by prostate massage thereby denying a full-blown climax.
Regardless of all that, the prostate likes a little attention. Gays don’t like it up the butt just because they want to please their partners, there’s something in if for them. Unfortunately for straights, the gays have staked out butt-play as their exclusive domain so non-gays get all kinds of self-doubts when they realize the like something up their butts.
By the way, girls don’t have a prostate. So when they take it up the butt its for reasons other than carnal pleasure.

ok... but ejactulate fluid also comes from the vas deference
During emission, the two ducts known as vas deferens contract to propel sperm from the epididymis where it was stored up to the ampullae at the top end of the vas deferens. The beginning of emission is typically experienced as a "point of no return," also known as point of ejaculatory inevitability. The sperm then passes through the ejaculatory ducts and is mixed with fluids from the seminal vesicles, the prostate, and the bulbourethral glands to form the semen, or ejaculate. During ejaculation proper, the semen is ejected through the urethra with rhythmic contractions.[1]
